Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may also help.
